Application Management

In the EngageLab platform, applications under each service are independent, with complete data isolation between applications. You can flexibly create and manage applications under different services based on your business needs, ensuring data security and enabling scalable business operations.

Accessing the Application List

After activating a service and creating your first application, you can navigate to the EngageLab NewSMS console, click on the application name, and select "View All Apps" to access the application list page, where you can manage all applications in one place.

Application Management

The application list page provides a centralized view of all applications under the current service, displaying key information such as application name, application ID, and creation time, making it easy to locate and manage applications:

  • Filter Bar: Supports keyword-based fuzzy search by application name or application ID, enabling quick location of target applications.
  • Edit Name: Click the edit button next to the application name to directly modify the application name.
  • Enter: Click the "Enter" button to navigate to the EngageLab NewSMS console for the selected application.

Creating an Application

To create a new application, simply click the "Create Application" button in the upper-right corner of the page, enter the application name, and confirm to complete the creation process.

By leveraging these features, you can efficiently manage and scale multiple applications, meeting the needs of different business lines or product scenarios, and improving overall operational efficiency.
