Statistical Analysis
This guide introduces how to view and analyze data on the Statistical Analysis page of the EngageLab console, helping you monitor authentication request volumes and success rates in real-time.
Feature Description
Time Filter
- By default, data from the past 7 days is displayed.
- Custom time ranges are supported, allowing queries for up to 14 consecutive days.
- Click the date picker in the upper right corner to select the desired start and end dates.
Platform Filter
- You can select "All Platforms," "Android," or "iOS" to view data performance for the respective platform.
Chart Fields
- Request Count: The total number of authentication requests initiated by the SDK to the server during the selected time period.
- Successful Authentications: The total number of successful authentications during the same time period.
- Success Rate: Successful Authentications / Request Count, reflecting the overall authentication performance.
Hover over the chart to view detailed data for a specific day.
Detailed Data Table
- Below the chart, detailed data grouped by day is displayed, including time, request count, successful authentications, and success rate.
- Click the "Export Data" button in the upper right corner to export detailed data within the current filter range as an Excel file for further analysis and archiving.
