Alert Settings
This page is designed to configure and manage various alert rules for the SMS platform, helping users stay informed about critical operational metrics such as SMS balance and delivery anomalies. With flexible alert configurations, notification channel options, and status management, the platform ensures business continuity and security.
On the [Configuration Management] - [Alert Settings] page, click the "Configure Event" button in the upper-right corner to enter the alert configuration process for EngageLab NewSMS services.
Filter Section
Fuzzy Search
- Supports keyword-based search by plan name, template name, signature, etc., enabling quick location of target alert records.
Header Filters
- Allows filtering by task status, SMS type, sending method, and other dropdown fields.
Time Filter
- Supports filtering by sending time within a specified time range.
Combined Filters
- Enables multi-condition filtering with real-time results, improving search efficiency.
Alert Field Descriptions
Field | Description |

Alert Item | Type of alert, such as balance alerts. |
Alert Rule | Description of the specific trigger conditions. |
Alert Frequency | Notification frequency after the alert is triggered. |
Notification Channel | Channels for sending alert notifications, such as Email or Telegram. |
Last Notification Time | The most recent time the alert was triggered and notified. |
Alert Status | The enable/disable status of the current alert rule. Green indicates enabled. |
Actions | Supports "Edit" and "Delete" operations. Deletion requires confirmation. |
- Status Toggle
- Alert status can be toggled via a switch button. When hovering, the button changes to "On/Off," and clicking toggles between enabled and disabled.
- To prevent accidental operations, status changes require confirmation.

Add Alert
Currently, only balance alerts are supported. More alert types will be available in the future. If needed, please contact us.
Balance Alerts
When the account balance falls below the set threshold, the system will automatically trigger an alert notification, helping you stay informed about your balance status and avoid service interruptions.
Notifications can be received through multiple channels, such as Telegram and Email.
Alert Item
Select "Balance Alert" from the dropdown menu to configure the balance threshold.Alert Rule
- Use the custom threshold input box to set the balance amount (in USD) that triggers the alert. Only integers between 0-1000 are supported.
Alert Frequency
- Configure the notification interval, such as sending alerts every X minutes/hours, to prevent duplicate alerts.
- If different notification channels require different alert frequencies, add separate alerts for each channel.

Multi-Channel Selection
- Supports multiple notification channels, including Email and Telegram, to meet various needs.
- After selecting a channel, input fields will appear for specifying the notification targets (e.g., email addresses, Telegram accounts).
- Click confirm, and the system will automatically validate the entered notification targets. Once validated, the settings can be saved.

If you need to modify the Telegram account receiving the alerts, you can click the "Reset" button to reconfigure:
