Message Analysis
This page is part of the EngageLab message analysis module, primarily designed for statistical analysis and visualization of the entire message delivery process. Through this page, users can gain an intuitive understanding of the overall effectiveness of message delivery, conversion rates at various stages, and any anomalies, enabling data-driven operational optimization and strategy adjustments. Below is a detailed explanation of the functional areas, fields, and interaction details of the page.
Template Search
- Supports searching via the input box and switching between different projects or business lines, facilitating data isolation and comparative analysis in multi-project environments.
Date Filter
- Allows selection of any time range for data analysis. By default, it displays data from the past month or a custom time range.
Key Metrics
The top of the page displays core metrics in the form of cards, including:

| Planned Targets | Total number of planned targets under the current filter conditions. |
| Valid Targets | Actual valid target users, typically referring to deduplicated recipients. |
| Efficiency | The proportion of valid targets to planned targets, reflecting data quality. |
| Sending Rate | The proportion of successfully sent messages, calculated as: Sent Count / Valid Targets. |
| Sent Count | Total number of messages actually pushed out. |
| Delivery Rate | The proportion of messages successfully delivered to user terminals, calculated as: Delivered Count / Sent Count. |
| Delivered Count | Total number of messages successfully delivered to user terminals. |
- Displays multiple line charts showing the trend changes of key metrics such as "Planned Targets," "Valid Targets," "Sent Count," and "Delivered Count."
- The horizontal axis represents time (supports granularity by month/day/year), and the vertical axis represents quantity.
- Hovering over any point on the chart will display a detailed data tooltip, showing the specific values of all metrics at that time.
Detailed Data
Click the "Details" section at the bottom left to expand the data table. It displays the data from the selected date range in the line chart, including Planned Targets, Valid Targets, Sent Count, and Delivered Count.
Supports the "Export Data" feature, allowing users to export all detailed data under the current filter conditions to an Excel file for local analysis and archiving.
