History
This page displays the history of SMS sending tasks, allowing users to track, manage, and filter sending records efficiently.
SMS Types
The History Records page categorizes SMS records into three types:
- Immediate Send: SMS messages sent directly through the platform.
- Scheduled Send: SMS messages scheduled for future delivery through the platform.
- API Sending: SMS messages sent via API integration.
Note: These categories help users distinguish between different sending methods and manage tasks accordingly.
Filter Section
Fuzzy Search
- Supports keyword-based search by plan name, template name, or signature name, enabling quick location of target records.
Header Filters
- Allows filtering by task status, SMS type, and sending method through dropdown menus in the table headers.
Time Filter
- Enables filtering by a specific time range based on the sending time.
Combined Filters
- Allows multi-condition filtering with real-time results, improving search efficiency.
Field Descriptions
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Plan Name | The plan name entered on the SMS sending page. For API sending tasks without a plan name, it displays "--". |
| Sending Target | Displays the number of recipients. For a single recipient, hover to view the phone number. For multiple recipients, hover to display a download button for exporting the list as an Excel file. |
| Task Status | The execution status of the sending task (Completed/Pending). Completed: Immediate sending plans and API sending; Pending: Scheduled sending plans. |
| Send Type | The sending channel, categorized as "Platform Sending" or "API Sending." |
| Estimated Cost | The estimated cost (in USD). For API sending tasks without a plan name, it displays "--". |
| Actual Cost | The actual cost (in USD). For scheduled sending plans, it displays "--". If billing is not yet completed, it shows "Calculating." |
| Sending Time | For platform sending, this is the task creation or scheduled time. For API sending, it is the exact time the task was triggered. |
| Template Name | The name of the SMS template used. |
| Actions | Non-scheduled tasks do not support details. For scheduled tasks, hover to display a cancel button. Clicking it opens a confirmation dialog to delete the task. |
