Recharge Guide
Log in to EngageLab Account
Go to the EngageLab login page, enter your email and password, then click "Login."
Enter the EngageLab OTP Recharge Page
- Click "Marketplace" to access the EngageLab product recharge page:
- Hover over the "OTP" box and click "Buy Now" to enter the EngageLab OTP product purchase page:

Select the EngageLab OTP application you want to recharge. If you have created only one EngageLab OTP application, there's no need to select.
Enter the amount to recharge and submit the order. Don't forget to check "I accept the product service agreement":
Choose a suitable payment method and complete the payment:
Access the Service Substation
Once the recharge is complete, you can see the account balance on the substation homepage:
