Record List

After messages are sent through the EngageLab OTP API or on the "Send OTP" and "Verify OTP" pages, all messages are displayed on the [History Records] page. This list lets you view information such as the template name, send time, recipient, message status, and estimated cost.

In addition, history records support filtering message history by conditions such as message_id, recipient, template ID, or template name:

Message Details

Click any message to open the message details page, where you can view information such as message_id, send time, recipient, one-time password, and message status. You can also view the lifecycle details of this message. Through the lifecycle, you can see the specific stage at which message delivery failed.
