Activate Service

Create an EngageLab account

1. Go to the EngageLab sign-up page, enter your email address and password, and click "Create Account."

   

2. After entering the email verification code, fill in the organization name and website name, then select the organization's time zone.

   Note: Once the time zone is selected, it cannot be changed.

   

3. Click "Next" to enter the EngageLab main page, where you can view recent visits, services available for activation, orders and billing, service reminders, frequently asked questions, downloads, documentation, and more.

   

Activate the EngageLab OTP service

Under the OTP product you want to activate, click "Activate Service."

After the service is activated, the corresponding OTP product will appear in the "Activated Services" module, along with a 7-day trend chart and conversion chart.

Enter the service subsite

In the list of activated services, find the OTP service and click "Send Message" to enter the subsite for that service.

After that, you can also click "OTP" in Recent Visits to enter the subsite directly.
