EngageLab Supports SKYWORTH Solar’s Global Channel Delivery

Founded in 2020 as a subsidiary of Skyworth Group, SKYWORTH Solar specializes in residential and commercial photovoltaics, energy storage, charging, and smart energy operations. Operating via localized teams and an extensive distributor network across more than 40 countries, the company has expanded into Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. As it transitioned from hardware export to delivering comprehensive, end-to-end energy solutions, reliable communication became the backbone of operational efficiency, and it faced a highly fragmented Android ecosystem:

• Coverage: Firebase Cloud Messaging has limited reach in some regions and device models, while major Android OEMs (Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, vivo, Honor) each maintain their own push channels—demanding a unified routing layer across all channels.
• Segmentation: Distributors, field engineering teams, and property owners each need different information, across different time zones, languages, and business stages—requiring segmented engagement rather than one-size-fits-all messaging.
• Infrastructure stability: Markets impose different data storage and cross-border transfer requirements, so the messaging layer must support localized data deployment while withstanding traffic spikes during critical policy rollouts and peak periods.

SKYWORTH Solar deployed the EngageLab AppPush solution, unifying its notification routing capabilities and tailoring messaging to three core user groups:

• Distributor operations (headquarters rhythm): targeted updates on new product launches, pricing policies, inventory, and order statuses, plus account-period and rebate reminders and training notifications. Messages are intelligently scheduled to each distributor's local time zone and adapted to device language.
• On-site engineering teams (field rhythm): construction milestones, inspection task dispatches, and critical equipment alerts (such as inverter, battery, or data-logger anomalies and offline warnings). EngageLab AppPush integrates with major device manufacturer channels alongside Google FCM and Apple APNs, with a self-built channel as backup.
• End users (device rhythm): immediate alerts for equipment anomalies, plus periodic updates on energy generation, self-sufficiency, and grid yields.

• Time-sensitive notifications reach global teams even in challenging outdoor connectivity environments, so field personnel no longer need to log into systems repeatedly to check status.
• Local-time-zone scheduling and device-language adaptation keep distributors aligned with headquarters, deliver real-time on-site information to engineering and O&M teams, and give property owners transparent, timely updates on generation, yields, and equipment health.
• The unified, segmented, locally compliant messaging infrastructure scales in tandem with SKYWORTH Solar's channel network, keeping distributors, field engineers, and owners in over 40 countries synchronized with headquarters as the company continues its global expansion.
