Welcome to EngageLab! This guide will walk you through the account registration process and assist you in resolving common login issues. Use the directory below to quickly locate the steps or topics of interest.

Create an Account

1. Access the Registration Page

Visit the EngageLab Registration Page and select your preferred registration method:

Method 1: Fill in your email and password, then click "Create Account."

Method 2: Directly log in using Google, Facebook, Apple, or Github account authorization. If the authorized email is not registered with EngageLab, EngageLab will automatically create an account.

Cloudflare Human Verification Failed?

  • This issue is usually caused by network problems that prevent access to the Cloudflare verification service. It is recommended to refresh the page multiple times and switch to different network environments. alt text

2. Email Verification Code

The sender address for EngageLab verification codes is usually: support@otp.engagelab.com. Please check your inbox for the verification email.

Didn’t receive the verification code?

  • If you don’t find the email in your inbox, please check if your email address is correct, add support@otp.engagelab.com to your email service whitelist, and check your spam folder.
  • If you still cannot receive the email after checking, please contact customer service.

If you chose to register directly via other account authorizations, the system might skip the email verification step after validation.

3. Complete Personal Information

After successfully registering, you need to complete your personal information to ensure timely receipt of system emergency notifications.

About Phone Number Area Codes

  • Non-mainland China regions: You can select the area code of your country or region.
  • Mainland China: You must provide a phone number with the +86 area code.

Didn’t receive the verification code?

  • Non-mainland China regions: The verification code will be sent to WhatsApp first. If WhatsApp delivery fails, the code will be resent to SMS. Please check both WhatsApp and SMS messages.
  • Mainland China: The verification code will be sent via SMS.

If multiple verification code requests result in a "rate limit exceeded" message, please wait 24 hours before trying again. If you still cannot receive the verification code after checking, please contact customer service for assistance.

4. Create an Organization

After registering an EngageLab account, the system will prompt you to create your first organization. You need to provide the organization name, website (optional), and select the organization time zone.

All time displays within the organization will be processed based on the organization time zone, which cannot be changed once selected.

The organization is the basic management unit of the EngageLab platform, used to isolate and manage data, members, and permissions for different businesses. Each account can create or join multiple organizations, and data and permissions between organizations are independent. For more information, see Organization Management.

5. Choose a Product

Now you can select a product of interest to begin exploring EngageLab services.

You can switch and try other products for free at any time. If you want to learn more about the product features and services before trying, please refer to the EngageLab Documentation.

Log in to Your Account

Login Methods

Visit the EngageLab Login Page and select your preferred login method:

Method 1: Fill in your email and password, then click "Log In."

Method 2: Log in using Google, Facebook, Apple, or Github account authorization. If the authorized email is not registered with EngageLab, EngageLab will automatically create an account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via email.

Unable to Log In

If you are unable to log in or reset your password due to reasons such as a lost email or employee resignation, please promptly contact customer service for assistance in changing your email. To facilitate processing, please prepare the following information:

  • Current email address
  • New email address to be replaced
  • Your personal identification and company-related proof documents
  • Product asset information created under this account (e.g., organization ID, application AppKey, etc.)

If the original email is a corporate email, please prioritize using another email under the same company domain to send the request for identity verification.

To reduce the risk of being unable to log in, we recommend the following measures:

  • Update the email address in account settings before an employee leaves the company.
  • Prefer using a corporate email to register an account. Even if a corporate email is deactivated, it can be recovered with the help of the company’s IT department.
  • It is recommended to use a shared corporate email for registration to avoid account management issues caused by individual resignations.
