Amazon Orders
EngageLab allows you to purchase products through Amazon Marketplace, enabling automatic binding and management of orders with your EngageLab account.
Use the link below to directly access EngageLab's product page on Amazon Marketplace, where you can browse and place orders.
Below are detailed guides for binding operations and order management on the EngageLab page:
Account Binding Process
Place an order on Amazon Marketplace: Log in to your AWS account and visit the EngageLab product page. Select the desired product package, submit the order, and complete the purchase.
Redirect to EngageLab account binding page: After a successful purchase, click "Set up new account" on the Amazon page, and the system will redirect to EngageLab's dedicated account binding page.
Bind Amazon account: The page will automatically retrieve your AWS account identifier, ID, and purchased product identifier. Based on this identity information, the system will automatically determine whether the Amazon account is already bound to an EngageLab account:
New Purchase: If not bound to an EngageLab account, you can freely register/log in to an EngageLab account. Once completed, the system will automatically bind the Amazon account to the EngageLab account.
Repeat Purchase: If already bound to an EngageLab account, the system will display the corresponding EngageLab account (Email, login method). Users must log in with the already bound EngageLab account, after which the order information will be automatically updated.
Can Amazon orders be unlinked after binding?
Currently, once an order is bound, it cannot be unbound. If you need to change the binding target, please contact sales or technical support.

FAQs
Q1: What if the order status is not synchronized with Amazon?
Please refresh the page or try again later. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.
Q2: How are refunds for orders handled?
Amazon orders can be fully refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Therefore, within 48 hours, Amazon orders cannot be bound to EngageLab benefits. After 48 hours, you need to submit an application on Amazon. At this time, EngageLab will review the request and deduct the used benefits before processing the refund. Related benefits will be deactivated.
Q3: Unable to bind the order?
Please check the order status and Amazon subscription status. Only orders with the status "Pending Link" + "Subscribed" can be bound.
Q4: Cannot find the App?
Please create an App on the corresponding product page of EngageLab, then return to the binding page and refresh to select.
Q5: Order is cancelled/refunded/expired?
Orders in these statuses cannot be bound. If you have any questions, please contact sales or customer service.
