Organization Management

Organization Management

An organization is the core management unit of the EngageLab platform. All products, members, permissions, and data are associated with a specific organization. Understanding the organizational structure helps enterprises collaborate efficiently and ensure resource isolation.

  • Each account can create or join multiple organizations.
  • Data, members, and permissions across different organizations are completely isolated and independent of each other.

Creating an Organization

Create Your First Organization

After registering an EngageLab account, the system will prompt you to create your first organization. You will need to provide the organization name, website (optional), and select the organization time zone.
