Organization Management
Organization Management
An organization is the core management unit of the EngageLab platform. All products, members, permissions, and data are associated with a specific organization. Understanding the organizational structure helps enterprises collaborate efficiently and ensure resource isolation.
- Each account can create or join multiple organizations.
- Data, members, and permissions across different organizations are completely isolated and independent of each other.
Creating an Organization
Create Your First Organization
After registering an EngageLab account, the system will prompt you to create your first organization. You will need to provide the organization name, website (optional), and select the organization time zone.
Create Again
Access the organization list page by clicking "View All Organizations"** at the bottom of the "Organization List," then click " + "Create an Organization" to create a new one.
All time points displayed within the organization will be processed according to the organization's time zone. The organization's time zone cannot be changed once selected.
Multi-Organization System
Switching Organizations

Organization List Management
Access the organization list page by clicking "View All Organizations" at the bottom of the "Organization List." Here, you can manage all the organizations you have joined or created, including accessing, editing, and deleting them.
On the edit organization page, you can only edit the organization name and URL. The time zone and currency cannot be changed.
Organization Creator: Only the organization creator can edit organization information and authorize member roles.
Deleting an organization is irreversible, so please proceed with caution. After confirming deletion, a secondary confirmation via email verification code is required.
Functions of an Organization
Resource Ownership:All products, services, members, and orders within an organization are associated with that organization.
Permission Management:Organizations serve as the foundation for permission allocation and member management. All permissions are assigned at the organization level. For details on management methods, see Member permissions.
Collaboration and Isolation:A multi-organization structure enables independent collaboration among different teams, ensuring that data remains isolated and does not interfere with each other.
