Create an OTP Application

After activating the OTP service, go to the Service Center, select OTP, and enter the OTP service to open the application creation page. In the OTP Name field, enter the name of the OTP service you want to create. This name can be modified later.

After the application is created, before you use it for the first time, the system will direct you to the Overview guide page. There, you can view the complete process status for using the OTP service, as well as important considerations for each step.

From the overview guide page, you can see that to use the EngageLab OTP service, you first need to create an OTP template and configure the API key.
