Parameter Description

On the [Statistics] - [User Statistics] - [Active Analysis] page, you can view charts and detailed data for the number of pushes, user opens, and average usage duration, and filter the data by date.

• Number of pushes: Both Portal and API operations are included in the total, including notifications and custom messages. On the web platform, the number of pushes refers to the total number of successful pushes actually delivered to users.
• User opens: The total number of times all users open the application. This metric can be used to observe whether users open the application more frequently as the number of pushes increases.
• Average usage duration: The average length of time active users spend using the application during the statistical period. This metric can be used to observe whether users spend more time in the application as push content varies.
