Survey

This document introduces the main features and data interpretation of the WebPush Survey page, helping you quickly review the overall operation of WebPush.

After logging into the WebPush console, select the target app and click [Survey] in the left navigation bar to enter the page.

The top of the page displays key operational metrics, allowing you to grasp the overall status of the application at a glance:

Metric Name Description
Messages sent Total number of messages sent yesterday
Active Users Total active users yesterday
New Users Total new users yesterday
Notification Off Users Total number of users who closed notifications yesterday
Subscribed Users Total number of subscribers as of yesterday

DoD: Refers to the comparison between yesterday's and the day before yesterday's numbers.

The top of the page displays the application name, the current plan type, and the expiration date. You can hover your mouse over the application icon, and the system will pop up a corresponding tooltip based on your plan type:

  • If your application is currently on a free plan, the following popup will be displayed:

Click the icon on the right side of the page to quickly jump to the EngageLab Official Blog, where you can explore more product updates, best practices, and industry insights.

User Distribution

  • The map shows the global distribution of users, with color depth representing user volume. You can zoom in and out of the map using the mouse wheel to easily select countries.
  • On the right is the "Top 20 Countries/Regions by Active Users" ranking, helping you understand the main source regions of users.

Used to analyze the conversion performance of push messages at different stages, visually presenting the full process data from message push to user click. Supports multi-dimensional filtering to help optimize push strategies.

Filter

  • Push Plan: Focus on single plan data analysis. For push plan configuration, please refer to Push Plan

  • Push Channel: Filter messages sent through all channels or specified channels to analyze the push performance of different channels.

  • Date Range: Customize the statistical time period.

Push Conversion Funnel
Displays the user conversion rate at each stage of push messages.

Conversion Rate Trends
Shows the daily trend changes of indicators such as delivery rate, display rate, and click-through rate within the selected time period. Supports multi-curve comparison to help evaluate the dynamic changes in push performance.

Loss Analysis

The "Loss Analysis" page is used to identify the specific reasons why push messages failed to be successfully delivered or were acted upon by users, helping the technical team quickly troubleshoot issues and continuously improve push efficiency.

User Distribution by Push channel

Displays the distribution of all registered users of the current application across various channels.

Notification Authorization

Click the channel filter on the right to display the proportion of users with notification permissions enabled and disabled.

Data is updated on the 1st of each month with the previous month's data.

Notification on/off Details

This module reports the trend of daily notification-on users and notification-off users, making it easier to track changes in user notification permissions.

Use filter to select the statistical time period. Click the icon next to the date to export an Excel report for the filtered time period.
