User Overview

Go to the Statistics - User Statistics - User Overview page to view charts and detailed data for new users, active users, and online users. You can filter the data by platform, channel, app version, and date.

• New users: Newly registered MTPush users. When the application is launched for the first time and the network is functioning properly, the MTPush SDK initiates MTPush internal registration.
• Active users: Active users are those who open the application at least once per day.
• Online users: The number of users whose MTPush SDK has successfully connected to the MTPush Server. If a user connects successfully once within a day, they are counted in this statistic. Due to network conditions, this number may be slightly lower than the actual number of currently installed users.
