The Strategic Requirement

Prior to adopting EngageLab, Blurams had already established a strong market presence. To match their rapid global expansion, the operations team identified key areas for strategic enhancement:

  • Synergy between Hardware and Service: To further enhance the user experience after device purchase, ensuring users fully recognize and benefit from value-added services like cloud storage and remote management.
  • Scaling Operational Efficiency: With a rapidly growing user base, manual management of critical service windows became a bottleneck. An automated solution was needed to maintain high efficiency and precision.

The Solution

    • Email: Used to deliver bills, service reports, and in-depth content, leveraging EngageLab’s high-reputation IP pool to ensure high delivery rates.
