Recharge Guide
Access the Recharge Page
- Log in to the EngageLab Console, click "Marketplace" in the top navigation bar, and navigate to the product recharge page.
- Hover over the "SMS" page box and click "Buy Now" to access the EngageLab SMS product purchase page.
Fill in Recharge Information
- Select Application: Choose the SMS application you want to recharge from the dropdown menu (if there is only one application, the system will select it automatically).
- Enter Amount: Input the specific amount you wish to recharge in the recharge amount field.
- Confirm Agreement: Check the "I accept the Product Service Agreement" checkbox.
- Submit Order: Click "Submit Order" to proceed to the payment process.
Complete Payment
On the payment page, select your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.
We support the following payment channels:
- Credit Card
- Alipay (Alipay App, Alipay Hong Kong App)
- WeChat Pay (WeChat App)
- Tether (USDT)
- Bank Transfer
- Amazon Web Services Marketplace Purchase

Confirm Recharge Results
After a successful payment, you can view your updated account balance on the SMS substation homepage.
