Create/Join Project

Before starting customer service work in LiveDesk, you need to create or join a corresponding project. See Quick Start for details.

Add Channel

After joining the project, add a channel to receive customer messages. In "Project Settings" - "Channels", select the corresponding channel and set the corresponding parameters to complete the configuration. For specific channel parameter descriptions, please refer to the Console Guide section.

Reply to Message

When a message is received, simply open the conversation and reply in the chat box. The reply content will be delivered via the original channel through which the customer sent the message, supporting Email, WhatsApp, and any other platforms.
