Create Engagelab Account

1. Go to Engagelab Sign Up Page, fill in your email and password, then click "Create Account".
2. After filling in the email verification code, you need to fill in the organization name and website name, and select the organization time zone.

   Note: Once the time zone is selected, it cannot be changed!

Activate EngageLab LiveDesk Service

Under the LiveDesk product that needs to be activated, click "Activate Service".

After the service is activated, the corresponding Livedesk product will be displayed in the "Activated Services" module.

Access Livedesk

In the list of activated services, find the LiveDesk service and click to enter the sub-site of the service. You can also directly click "LiveDesk" in the Recent Access section to enter the sub-site later.

Create Project

When entering LiveDesk for the first time, you need to create a project. Just enter the project name.
