What types of user data does EngageLab MA support managing?
MA provides comprehensive management for the following three core types of user data:
- User Behavior: Records key user actions and interaction events.
- Basic Information: Stores user attribute tags, profile characteristics, and other related user information.
- Contact Information: Manages user contact channels such as phone numbers and email addresses.
The specific descriptions of different data types are as follows:

| Event | A data representation of user behavior. For example, a user’s top-up operation can be defined as event_name=top_up. |
| Event Attribute | Detailed descriptive data of user behavior, using attributes to further characterize the event. |
| User Attribute | Descriptions of basic user information, such as name, age, VIP status, etc. |
| Device Attribute | Detailed descriptions of the device used by the user (e.g., mobile phone, browser), such as phone brand, browser type, etc. |
| Contact Information | Contact details through which the business can reach the user via various messaging channels, such as phone numbers, email addresses, etc. |
Relevant data fields can be flexibly added, deleted, modified, or queried on the Metadata Management page, enabling standardized data management and efficient utilization.
