How CDP User Data Is Generated?

EngageLab CDP supports five methods to generate and enrich user data:

  1. SDK Auto-Collection

    • After integrating and initializing the SDK in your App or website
    • The system automatically creates an anonymous user and binds their device information
  2. Server-side Registration

    • The server calls the REST API with the user's user_id to obtain an EUID
    • This creates a logged-in user
  3. Anonymous → Logged-in Conversion

    • When an anonymous user logs in
    • The client calls the user-identification interface to set the user_id
    • Updates the user to logged-in status
  4. Data Reporting

    • When setting user attributes or contact information via client-side or server-side interfaces
    • You can simultaneously report events and event attributes
  5. Batch Import

    • In the console User Management page, click Upload Users
    • Bulk import user data via an Excel template

Through these channels, EngageLab CDP continuously builds complete, accurate user profiles, delivering a reliable data foundation for precise, data-driven operations.
