How CDP User Data Is Generated?
EngageLab CDP supports five methods to generate and enrich user data:
SDK Auto-Collection
- After integrating and initializing the SDK in your App or website
- The system automatically creates an anonymous user and binds their device information
Server-side Registration
- The server calls the REST API with the user's
user_idto obtain an EUID - This creates a logged-in user
- The server calls the REST API with the user's
Anonymous → Logged-in Conversion
- When an anonymous user logs in
- The client calls the user-identification interface to set the
user_id - Updates the user to logged-in status
Data Reporting
- When setting user attributes or contact information via client-side or server-side interfaces
- You can simultaneously report events and event attributes
Batch Import
- In the console User Management page, click Upload Users
- Bulk import user data via an Excel template

Through these channels, EngageLab CDP continuously builds complete, accurate user profiles, delivering a reliable data foundation for precise, data-driven operations.
