How to Choose a Data Center?
When creating an MA project, you need to select a data center. Once selected, this setting cannot be changed.
Our recommendation: Most clients are advised to use the default Singapore data center, which fully supports all messaging channels and offers the broadest compatibility.

You can also consider the following factors based on your business needs:
1. User Distribution Choose a data center close to your primary user base. This reduces latency and improves response times.
2. Compliance Requirements Select data centers that meet regional regulations, such as:
- Frankfurt for EU users (GDPR compliance)
- Virginia for US users (supports CCPA and other regulations)
- Hong Kong for users in Hong Kong and surrounding regions (complies with local data and privacy laws)
3. Cost Budget Pricing varies across regions due to differences in server costs. Select according to your budget.
