How to troubleshoot abnormal delivery statistics on iOS?

If the delivery rate is abnormally low (lower than 20%) and the click rate is higher than 100%, you can first check whether the app has integrated the notification service extension feature. If not, you need to integrate this feature to improve the delivery rate. For more details, refer to: iOS SDK Integration Guide.
