Overview of EngageLab MA-AppPush Channel
I. Overview of EngageLab MA-AppPush Channel
What is the AppPush Channel?
AppPush is EngageLab's message push channel for mobile applications. It enables businesses to send push notifications to users who have installed the app through Marketing Automation (MA) journeys.
What Can You Achieve with the AppPush Channel?
Built on EngageLab Push SDK and MA journey delivery logic, the channel supports the following scenarios:
- Personalized Push: Automatically triggered based on user attributes or behavior.
- Scheduled Push: Used for marketing scenarios such as holiday promotions and event reminders.
- Real-time Notifications: Including order status updates, system notifications, and other scenarios requiring timely information delivery.
In the EngageLab platform, the AppPush channel is closely linked to " Data Sources". Each time an App-type data source is added, the system automatically generates a corresponding AppPush channel, simplifying the management of message delivery.
II. Step-by-Step Guide: How to Configure EngageLab MA-AppPush Channel

- Log in to the EngageLab console → Navigate to the "Data Sources" page.
