Activate Service
Create an Account
Go to the Engagelab sign-up page, enter your email address and password, and then click "Create Account".
After entering the email verification code, fill in the organization name and website name, and select the organization time zone.
Note: Once the time zone is selected, it cannot be changed!
- Click "Next" to go to the Engagelab main page, where you can view recent visits, services pending activation, orders & bills, service reminders, frequently asked questions, downloads, documents, and more.
Activate Service
Under the product for which you want to activate the service, click "Activate Service".
After the service is activated, the corresponding product will be displayed in the "Activated Services" module, along with a 7-day trend chart and conversion chart.
Access the Service Subsite
Click "Send Message" to access the subsite for this service.
When entering the subsite for the first time, you need to create an application.
- Enter the application name. Note that application names cannot be duplicated within the same organization.
- Select the data center node to connect to. Currently available nodes include Singapore (Singapore), USA Virginia (USA_Virginia), Frankfurt, Germany (DEU_Frankfurt), and Hong Kong, China (HongKong).
Once the application's data center node is selected, it cannot be changed. Please consider factors such as user location when choosing the data storage region. If the user location differs from the data storage region, you must ensure compliance with all relevant privacy and data protection regulations. Please choose carefully.

After creation is complete, click "Enter" to access the application service subsite.
Afterward, you can click "AppPush" directly in Recent Visits or click "Send Message" in Activated Services to access the subsite.
