Parameter Description

Go to the [Statistics] - [User Statistics] - [User Overview] page to view charts and detailed data for push volume, user opens, and user open count. The page supports filtering by platform, channel, app version, and date.

• Push volume: Both Portal and API operations are included in the total, including notifications and custom messages. For the Android platform, push volume refers to the total number of actual successful pushes delivered to users. For third-party channels, the count is based on the number of successful API calls made by EngageLab Push to the target platform. For the iOS platform, push volume refers to the number of messages successfully sent by EngageLab Push to APNs.
• User opens: The total number of times all users opened the app. This metric can be used to observe whether users open the app more frequently as push volume increases.
• User open count: The average time spent using the app during the active user statistics period. This metric can be used to observe whether users spend more time in the app as push content varies.
