User Overview

On the [Statistics] - [User Statistics] - [User Overview] page, you can view charts and detailed data for new users, active users, and online users. You can also filter the data by platform, channel, app version, and date.

• New users: Newly registered MTPush users. When the app is launched for the first time and a network connection is available, the MTPush SDK initiates an internal MTPush registration.
• Active users: Users who open the app at least once in a day.
• Online users: The number of users whose MTPush SDK successfully connected to the MTPush server network. If a user connects successfully at least once within a day, they are included in this statistic. Due to network conditions, this number may be slightly lower than the actual number of currently installed users.
