Push History
This document provides a detailed introduction to the unified features of the "Push History" page in the EngageLab console, as well as the differentiated displays for each push type (notification messages, custom messages, live activity messages, in-app messages, and A/B tests), helping users efficiently search, reuse, and analyze historical push tasks.
Page Structure and Entry
Navigate to Push > Push History. At the top of the page, tabs distinguish different types of push history, including:
- Notification Messages
- Custom Messages
- Live Activity Messages
- In-App Messages
- A/B Tests
Each message type supports independent search, filtering, and data display.
Common Features
List Browsing and Field Display
Core fields for each type of push history are displayed in table format, for example:

| Delivered Count/Delivery Rate | The number and percentage of successfully delivered messages |
| Click Count/Click Rate | The number and percentage of user clicks |
| Sending Platform | The target platform for the push |
| Send Time | The actual send time |
| Actions | Supports forwarding, recall, message troubleshooting, etc. |
Search and Filtering
- Supports searching by content, Message ID, and Reg ID to quickly locate target records
- Supports filtering by multiple conditions such as send time, push target, platform, and push plan
- The search content and push target must be consistent with the actual push settings
Action Features
Forward: On the Push History page, clicking "Forward" takes you back to the create push page and reuses all the configurations from the original push message.
The forwarding feature is only supported for console push. API push is not currently supported.
Recall: Recalls messages that have not yet taken effect or need to be terminated
Message Troubleshooting: Navigates to the details page to view the detailed push link status and failures
Create Message: On any message type page, clicking the create button in this location takes you to the Create Push page.
View Details
Click any message row to open the push details page.
The message details page includes basic notification information, push details for different platforms (delivered count and click count), and pie charts comparing the causes of message loss.
Basic Information
- Basic push information (title, content, additional fields, etc.)
- Message ID (lifecycle tracking)
- Message body (JSON format, convenient for troubleshooting)
- Recall status, notification source, notification bar number, message type
- Offline retention duration, target platform, delivery strategy, rate-controlled sending, push method, send time zone, target users, etc.
- Quick actions in the upper-right corner: reuse message, message troubleshooting
Push Performance and Loss Analysis
All push types support statistics for core metrics such as delivered count, click count, delivery rate, and click rate
Supports display by platform (android\ios) for target count, sent count, delivered count, displayed count, click count, and ratios
Supports intuitive display of delivery and click trends through charts
Hover over the bar chart to view the sent and delivered counts for different platforms.
Loss analysis: Filter by channel and stage, and use a donut chart plus a detailed list to quickly identify the causes of delivery or click loss
Hover over the icon to view the specific count for each type of lost message.
Special Notes for Each Push Type
Notification Messages, Custom Messages, In-App Messages, and Live Activity Messages
- The basic functions are the same, with slight differences in fields (such as activity identifier, event type, etc.)
- Supports the full set of operations including forwarding, recall, and message troubleshooting
- Click the top of the page to switch between push history pages for different message types
A/B Testing
The basic functions are consistent with other message types. All included features support grouped comparison of A/B push content, targets, delivery, clicks, and other data
Unlike other message types, the list fields for A/B test messages include an (A/B) label after fields such as message name, Message ID, valid target count, sent count, delivered count, and click count for distinction.
Message Details
The top of the page displays the basic push content for Group A and Group B. The displayed content is basically the same as for other message types. Notification Title, Notification Content, and Additional Fields can be switched between Group A and Group B, making it convenient to compare differences in push copy between the two groups.
Test Data Analysis
- Delivered Count/Click Count/Delivery Rate/Click Rate: Displays the core metrics of Groups A and B in both chart and data form, allowing intuitive comparison of the push performance of the two groups.
- Target Platform Distribution: Counts the target count, sent count, delivered count, displayed count, click count, and corresponding ratios for each platform (android\ios).
You can switch between Group A and Group B to compare the data.
Loss Cause Analysis
- Supports filtering by channel and stage to separately view the total number and detailed causes of message loss for Group A and Group B.
- Quickly identify possible issues during the push process through donut charts and detailed lists.
