Create an Engagelab Account
- Go to the Engagelab Signup Page
- Registration Method 1: Fill in your email and password, then click "Create Account"
- Registration Method 2: Directly use Google, Facebook, Apple, or Github account authorization to log in. If the authorized email is not registered in EngageLab, EngageLab will automatically create an account.
- Please find the registration verification code in your email
- The sender address of the EngageLab verification code is usually: support@otp.engagelab.com
- If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check if your email address is correct and check the spam folder
- If everything is checked correctly and you still cannot receive it, please contact customer service
- After successful registration, you need to complete your personal information to receive system emergency notifications in a timely manner
About phone number area codes
- If you are in Singapore, the United States, or other non-mainland China regions, you can choose the area code of your country or region
- If you are in mainland China, you must provide a phone number with the +86 area code
If human verification fails
- Please check if your network is smooth, switch to another network, or refresh the page and try again
If you do not receive the verification code
- If you are in Singapore, the United States, or other non-mainland China regions, the verification code will be sent to WhatsApp first. If WhatsApp cannot be delivered, the verification code will be resent to SMS, so please check both WhatsApp and SMS messages
- If you are in mainland China, the verification code will be sent via SMS
- If you still cannot receive the verification code after checking, please contact customer service
- If you request the verification code multiple times, causing the page to prompt "exceeded frequency control limit," please wait patiently for 24 hours and try again, or contact customer service
- After completing the information, start creating your organization and managing the services you want to use
- Please fill in the organization name and website name, and select the organization time zone.
Note: Once the time zone is selected, it cannot be changed!
- Now you can choose a product of interest to start experiencing EngageLab services
- Switching between service center and products
- You can click the "EngageLab" LOGO in the upper left corner to switch back to the service center from any product at any time
- You can switch to other products at any time in the service list in the upper left corner

Forgot Password
If you forget your password, you can reset it via Email
Unable to Login
If you cannot log in due to reasons such as "email lost" or "employee resignation," making it impossible to receive emails, please contact customer service to assist in modifying the email address.
Please provide the following information:
- Current Email Address
- Modified Email Address
- Your personal identification, company identification
- Asset information of related products created under this account, such as organization ID, AppKey of the application, etc.
- If the email is a corporate email, please send the application email using another email with the same company domain
It is recommended to avoid such situations as much as possible
- Before an employee leaves, modify the account's Email address on the account settings page
- Register using a company email, as company personal emails can generally be retrieved by your company's IT operations colleagues after cancellation
- Register using a company public email, which is not affected by employee resignation
