Quick Start
When you first enter the console, the system will guide you through the service activation review (KYC) process to help you successfully complete the service application and subsequent integration.
Process Overview
From submitting the review to completing the integration, the process is mainly divided into three steps. EngageLab Silent Auth service adopts a step-by-step guide to ensure compliance with each operation and data accuracy:
- Submit KYC Application
- Application Configuration
- SDK Integration
KYC Application
Go to the console homepage, click the "Start KYC" button, and you will be redirected to the KYC application form page. The form includes the following fields, which are required to apply for service activation with the operator. After submitting the application, we will expedite the review process and notify you of the results as soon as possible.
- Company Name (Required): Please fill in the full name of your company.
- Company Website (Optional): You can provide your company's official website to help reviewers understand your business background.
- Use Case (Required): Please describe in detail how you will use the Silent Auth authentication service in your business. The more detailed the information, the easier it is to pass the review.
- redirect_uri (Required): This is the callback address for the Silent Auth authentication process. Please ensure that you provide a real and valid server address.
Note: The KYC questionnaire is a one-time page that can only be accessed through the new user guide. Once submitted, it cannot be edited.
Important Notes
- Ensure all information is truthful and accurate to avoid delays in the review process due to discrepancies.
- If you need to change application information, expand business scenarios, or increase call volume, please contact technical support or sales in advance for timely adjustments.
- All information is used solely for service activation and compliance archiving. EngageLab strictly protects your data security and privacy.
Review Status Explanation
- Under Review: You can view the submitted content but cannot make modifications.
- Review Failed: You can view the failure reasons and resubmit after making the suggested changes.
- Review Approved: Clicking this will automatically redirect you to the application configuration page, where you can follow the prompts to complete the subsequent configuration.
