Added callback information for errors in the get-webaddr and auth interfaces.
Refined error codes and error messages for the MTpushInterface.getPushAuthority interface.
Optimized the language setting logic to ensure the latest values can be reported correctly after multiple initializations.
Added an optional field encodeSwUrl to the MTpushInterface.init interface, used to control whether to encode swUrl. This mainly resolves the issue where Service Worker registration fails when swUrl contains special characters such as @ and the server restricts access. When enabled, swUrl will be automatically encoded during retries for re-registration.
