Payment
EngageLab supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards, Alipay Hong Kong, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tether (USDT: TRC20, ERC20), and bank transfers. Please choose as needed.
- The "processing fee" for different payment methods varies, depending on the requirements of the payment channel.
Credit Card
Supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit cards. Click "Pay" to be redirected to the payment page, and follow the instructions to enter your credit card information.
- You may need to complete 3DS verification.
- If the payment fails, please check your credit card limit and security settings.
Alipay
Please note that the Alipay Hong Kong App and the Alipay App are two different apps. Do not use the wrong app to scan the code.
When using the two Alipay apps to scan the code for payment, USD will automatically be converted into a currency supported by your Alipay account.
Currently, switching between "Credit Card" and "Alipay (Hong Kong), Alipay" is not supported.
- For example, if you initially select "Credit Card" and proceed to the checkout page but then switch to "Alipay" without completing the payment, clicking checkout again will fail. The same applies vice versa.
- In such cases, you need to submit a new order to change the payment method.
WeChat Pay
WeChat Pay has transaction limits. If you encounter a limit issue, please switch to another payment method.
Tether (USDT)
Supports USDT payments via TRC20 and ERC20 chains.
- TRC20: After a successful payment, you must enter the transaction hash (TxID) to confirm your payment.
- ERC20: Please pay the exact amount with six decimal places as specified on the payment page. The order will be automatically confirmed after payment.
Bank Transfer
- Be sure to click "Confirm" in the "Bank Transfer" pop-up before making the transfer; otherwise, your payment cannot be linked to your order.
- If you have multiple orders, please complete one order before confirming the second order and proceed with the second transfer only after confirmation.
- Ensure that the payment information is correct before making the transfer.
- If your order is not confirmed within one day after a successful transfer, please contact customer service.
