Advanced Features

The Advanced Features module provides Canned Responses, Audio/Video, Quick Macros, and AI Capabilities. It supports users to add other advanced feature attachments on top of basic functions to meet their usage needs.

Canned Responses

Supports users to set canned response content, using short codes as identifiers. Agents can enter the "/" character in the conversation and then enter the short code to insert the canned response.

Audio/Video

Dyte can integrate audio and video functions into applications.

Connect by setting the Organization ID and API Key. After connection is complete, agents can directly make video/voice calls with customers.

Quick Macros

Users add macro files to automatically send messages to customers.

You can define rules, macro names, and visibility related to macro files in the interface below.

• Rules: Supports users to customize configuration rules, which can be set according to relevant fields and corresponding content.

• Visibility: Define whether the macro is publicly visible or private.

AI Capabilities

Supports connecting to OpenAI. Leverage the powerful functions of OpenAI's large language models, such as reply suggestions, summarization, message rewriting, spelling check, and label classification. Enter the API key to connect.
