Conversation Management
The Conversation Management module features management of labels, attributes, and status content. It supports users to add custom fields or edit and modify labels and attributes of conversations or contacts.
Labels
Supports users to add and manage added conversation labels.

Label Name: Define the conversation label name.
Description: Define the description information for this label.
Color: Set the label color.
Attributes
Divided into conversation attributes and contact attributes, managed separately.

When adding attributes, you can select:
Attribute Category: Select conversation attribute or contact attribute.
Name: Attribute field name.
Key: Custom attribute key.
Description: Enter custom attribute description.
Type: Supports Text, Number, Link, Date, List, Checkbox types.
Enable Regex Validation: Supports inputting custom attribute regular expression patterns, and can set corresponding prompt content.

Status Management
Supports users to set the number of days for automatic resolution of inactive tickets.
