Agents include two modules: AI Agents and Human Agents, supporting the addition of AI and human customer service to handle customer conversations.

AI Agents

Provides GPTBots AI Agent integration function. For the specific configuration process, please refer to the "GPTBots AI Agent Configuration Guide".

Human Agents

Supports adding and managing agents and support teams.

Agents

  • Agent Details: Supports viewing the email address, role assignment, and status of agents in the current project. Administrators can perform operations to remove agents.

Support Teams

  • Team Details: Supports viewing and editing team information. Administrators can modify the team name, team description, and team agents.
