Records contact information associated with the current project for the enterprise, facilitating customer information resource management records.

• Contact Details: View and edit detailed information of added contacts, supporting recording basic information such as contact name, mobile number, and region. Supports deleting and blocking contacts. You can also quickly send messages to contacts through relevant channels here.

You can view contact attributes, history, notes, and merge. You can choose to merge the current contact with other contacts, including all attributes and conversation content. When merging, the selected main contact prevails.

• Add Contact: Supports adding contact information. Supports importing and exporting contact information in table format.

• Message: Supports quickly sending messages to existing contacts through relevant channels.
